Here's Rodney and Jason at Snow Summit this weekend. It was sunny, the snow was well-groomed and the slopes were wide open -- at least until noon.
Since I hadn't skiied since high school, the scariest part for me was getting off the chair lift. The entire time we were going up the mountain, I dreaded getting off. I've seen people fall lots of times. In my mind, I imagined myself falling, the chair hitting my head, blood gushing and lots of pain and embarrassment. Fortunately, I am alive and not bleeding. And really, that's the best I can ask for.
